Installing Texturemations Tools for Windows NT
Installation of Texturemations Tools is initiated by double-clicking on setup.bat
in the TexturemationsTools subdirectory of the distribution CD. Simply follow the
directions from there. Note: You must have Administrative privileges in order to
install Texturemations Tools for Windows NT.
Some points to keep in mind about installing Texturemation Tools:
- If you already have installed Tcl version 7.6 and/or Tk version 4.2, we will be
installing over some of it's .dll files (in NT's system32 directory). Therefore, it's
possible that your original installation will no longer work.
- The installation places two Texturemations Tools files (in addition to the above
mentioned Tcl/Tk files) into NT's system32 directory. Those files are djpeg.exe and
getdrives.dll.
WARNING: Filenames are case-sensitive, because these tools run on multiple
platforms.
