SWN_name2element element-name

Returns an SAA_element with the specified name. Used for making SAA calls when an objects name is known, like this:

SAA_whatever [ SWN_name2element some-element-name ]

Note that the name must be the complete name of a SINGLE element, it cannot be a pattern.
